In early September, Super Typhoon Yagi made landfall in Southeast Asia. This is the strongest storm in the past 30 years to hit northern Vietnam. The powerful typhoon caused severe damage to human lives and properties. The aftermath of the storm is even more devastating. Flooding, flash floods, and landslides in the provinces of Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Yen Bai, Thai Nguyen, etc., have left more than 300 people dead or missing; thousands of homes were swept away, unroofed, collapsed, or submerged; hundreds of thousands of hectares of rice, crops, and fruit trees were flooded; many livestock and poultry were swept away; several bridges collapsed; many residential areas are now isolated; numerous roads have been damaged. People’s lives are facing immense hardships, both during the storm and in recovering after the floods.
VNHelp calls upon our friends, benefactors, and philanthropists to come together and help the impacted people overcome the difficulties, helping them restore schools, productions, and stabilize their lives as soon as possible.
Every act of kindness today will be a ray of hope and confidence for tomorrow. We sincerely thank you for your contributions!

Feb 5, 2024 – In the days approaching Year of the Dragon, VNHelp went to inspect a project in Kien Giang province which assists low-income farmer households in Ngoc Thanh and Ngoc Thuan communes, Giong Rieng district.
VNHelp began to support 30 poor farmer households in March 2023. Each household was given 2 female pigs for breeding. The project was successful beyond expectation. During the first harvest, each breeding pig gave birth to 13, 14, or 16 piglets. Farmers are very happy because of the excellent return of investment!
This model has created jobs and helped improve income for farmers. We would like to invite you to donate to this project so that we will have the needed fund to expand it to help more farmers.
