Todd Su is the President and CEO of Advantage Homes and Realty World Todd Su & Co. His company specializes in Modular Housing, Hotels and Real Estate.  As philanthropists and entrepreneurs, he and his wife Cindy Su are passionate about giving back to society. They have contributed financially to help orphanages and those in need in Vietnam, through VNHelp and Veterans For Down-payment Assistance.  They participate in annual give back events including Free Easter festivals and backpacks for students. Todd Su started his first dealership in 1996 with the mission to establish an alternative, affordable housing solution to that of traditional site-built homes. His company has become the largest modular/manufactured home company in California. Mr. Su has garnered multiple industry awards including National MHI award winner 5 out of 6 years, most recently in 2019; Top 10 Realtor in California according to Real Trends in the last 8 out of 10 years; and two Commendations from the Mayor of San Jose for Charity work within the community.

Mr. Su is a Vietnamese American born and raised in San Jose, California. While Mr. Su serves on the VNHelp Board of Directors, Mrs. Su serves on the VNHelp Board of Advisors. They both joined the VNHelp Leadership team in 2020.
