Yen-Thao Huu Nguyen is a Controller for the Corporate Controller’s Group at Cisco Systems, Inc. since 2007.  She has been in the accounting industry for 20 years and has gained a vast amount of experience working at companies such as City of San Jose, Fujitsu Computer Systems, and Harmonic Inc.  Yen-Thao joined VNHelp in 1999 and has served as Treasurer of the Board since 2003.  Beside serving on the VNHelp Board, Yen-Thao is an active volunteer in various organizations. She served as a board member and Treasurer of the Gunn High School Choir Boosters. She also served in the IRS VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program for many years and the Page Mill YMCA Annual Campaign from 2012 to 2013. She was the Advisor for the Miss VietNam Global in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Yen-Thao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.  She balances her busy schedule with biking, yoga, hiking, and skiing.
